If I were moving in, one of my main concerns would be the toilet with regards to how much poop it can handle. Did you try pinching a loaf off when you were checking out the place? I mean a big one too. You must put the toilet to the test. There is nothing worse than a bad toilet. Nobody wants to clean up poop off of the floor when it overflows. I think we can all attest to that.
