I'm now a proud owner of 73 Arlington. Ok. Maybe not proud. The place is certainly a student house, but nonetheless, I own in and now have complete control over the semi-detached. SLUMLORD!!!

Hey Chad, good work on getting possession of 73 Arlington, it's a great property to add to your portfolio. Good news about your OREA testing too. I have actually started my first course, and write the exam at the end of next month. If you have any pointers for going into the first exam I'm all ears.
